Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Sohan Soft Tech WhatsApp Manager. Last updated: 31 October 2026. Commercial activation remains subject to service configuration and an agreed order or subscription.

Pre-launch policy version. Operator identity, privacy contacts and retention procedures require confirmation before commercial activation.

Agreement and authority

By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and connect its accounts. Do not create an account using another business’s identity or credentials.

The service

The platform provides business workspaces and authorised WhatsApp integration tools. Availability of individual functions depends on configuration, subscription, provider permissions and the current release. A configuration screen or pending integration does not represent an active messaging service.

Accounts and team access

You are responsible for accurate registration details, authorised team membership, secure sign-in and appropriate employee permissions. Notify us through Support if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access to protect accounts or investigate misuse.

Meta and WhatsApp requirements

You must comply with Meta and WhatsApp Business terms, messaging and commerce policies, consent requirements and customer service window restrictions. Meta controls business verification, template approval, account quality, messaging limits and suspension decisions. Sohan Soft Tech cannot guarantee approval, delivery, read receipts or uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.

Acceptable use

Do not send unsolicited, deceptive, abusive or unlawful messages; bypass opt-outs or provider safeguards; impersonate others; interfere with the service; attempt cross-tenant access; disclose credentials; or upload information you lack authority to process. You retain responsibility for contact consent, message content and campaign audiences.

Subscriptions and charges

Wallet recharge has a ₹200 minimum. The full recharge amount is credited to the wallet. Each delivered outbound message costs ₹0.23 plus 18% GST (₹0.0414), for a total wallet debit of ₹0.2714. Funds are reserved before sending and charged once upon a verified delivery or read receipt; confirmed failures release the reservation. Uncertain provider outcomes remain reserved for reconciliation. Only other prices and limits disclosed in a confirmed plan or order apply. Sohan Soft Tech SaaS subscription charges and disclosed service charges are separate from Meta messaging charges. We do not represent that we can extend Meta credit or bill on Meta’s behalf without an applicable agreement. Taxes, renewal periods, upgrade or downgrade effective dates, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before payment. No paid renewal is authorised solely by viewing a pricing page.

Customer data and intellectual property

You retain rights in the data and content you provide and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service. Sohan Soft Tech retains rights in its software, branding and documentation. WhatsApp and Meta names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend service for non-payment, security threats, policy violations or provider restrictions. You may request cancellation and deletion through the workspace. Account closure and data deletion are distinct; some records may be retained for lawful obligations as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Service limitations and liability

The service depends on third-party systems and network availability. Except as required by law or an agreed written service commitment, it is provided on an as-available basis. Any specific liability limits, service credits or indemnity terms must be set out in a signed commercial agreement. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes and updates

Contact Support first to seek resolution. Applicable law, competent jurisdiction and the contracting legal entity must be specified in the commercial agreement before activation; mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected. Material updates will be published with a revised date.

Contact

Use the Contact page or workspace Support for service, billing or legal questions. Verified contracting entity and address details are pending operator confirmation before commercial launch.
